This unit sterilizes biohazardous waste by grinding lab samples into fine pieces and introducing chemical solution. The unit sterilizes then dewaters eliminating typical H&S concerns around waste handling and productivity. Our studies show 2-5 times capacity over conventional sterilization equipment and hard savings on the order of several FTE’s for higher throughput labs.
